How It Works

1. Submission

Customers interested in reselling a WILD HEART piece can send an email or fill out our form including:

• current photos of the product;

• proof of purchase (if available);

• a brief description of the item’s condition.

2. Curation

The WILD HEART team carefully evaluates:

• condition and preservation;

• authenticity;

• suggested resale value.

Once approved, the customer ships the piece to us for final inspection and professional photography.

3. Sale & Credit

The item is then featured in the Second Voyage section of our website. When it’s sold, the customer receives 60% of the resale value, choosing between:

• store credit (bonus) for future purchases, or

• direct payment.

4. New Beginning

Each sold piece comes with a seed paper tag, symbolizing the cycle of renewal — a new beginning for something that has already lived another story.
